Very important information regarding schools whose names are published on the list to contact the Department of Education.

As per the decision of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Education Committee dated 2082.04.28, it has been decided that the Department of Education will monitor, verify, and approve on-site schools for the revocation of their permits, and submit the necessary decisions regarding the revocation of permits to the executive for review and approval. During the on-site monitoring conducted by the Department of Education of the Metropolitan City at various times, a report has been received that the schools mentioned in the list attached with the information published on the website of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City are not in operation on-site and are not visible.

If the schools as per the list published on the website are in operation on site, the Principal/Director/Manager and Trustee of the concerned school should contact the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Education Department, Kamaladi within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice and confirm the same. Otherwise, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned that the school will be recommended to the Executive for closure as per Section 13 (k) of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Education Act, 2075.
