(IED) is going to conduct free 3 months (390 hours) advance tailoring training for unemployed youth between 16 to 35 years of age, this notice is published for those who are interested in becoming self-employed after learning skills for permanent residence in Surkhet district to apply at the designated places within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice.
