Notice regarding the ban on the extraction and collection of riverine materials

As per the Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City Riverine Material Management Procedure, 2077, it has been prohibited to excavate and collect riverine materials from rivers, streams and ravines within the Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City area for three months from Asar 1, 2082 BS to mid-Bhadra 2082 BS, this notice has been issued to prevent the excavation and collection of riverine materials from rivers, streams and ravines in the prohibited areas and periods. All concerned are hereby informed that action will be taken against vehicles involved in the excavation, collection and transportation of riverine materials entering rivers, streams and ravines during the prohibited areas and periods, and the riverine materials will be confiscated as per the prevailing rules.
