Notice regarding submission of scholarship application

As per the decision of this ward office dated 2082/07/27 regarding the distribution of monthly fee scholarships to students studying at the undergraduate level in government and community campuses within the Hetauda Sub-metropolitan area under the Higher Education Scholarship Assistance Program approved by Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City for the current fiscal year, this notice has been published for all concerned to submit applications to this ward office within 30 (thirty) days from the date of first publication of this notice, subject to the conditions specified for receiving the monthly fee scholarship.

Must be a Nepali citizen and permanently residing in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City Ward No. 16. Those who migrated to this ward before the implementation of this program can also be beneficiaries.

Must be enrolled in a community or government campus within the Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City area and currently studying at the undergraduate level. While studying at the undergraduate level, you must have been enrolled in the undergraduate level immediately after completing your Plus Two studies.

When providing scholarships in the second year or semester of undergraduate studies or in a higher year or semester, the previous year or

Must have participated in the semester exams.

While providing the monthly fee scholarship amount, the student will have to bear the entrance fee (admission fee), form fees, examination fees and other fees for that year at the respective campus.

Under this program, the ward office will bear only the monthly fee for undergraduate level under the monthly fee scholarship. In the case of those studying in the semester system, only the maximum monthly fee specified by the ward office will be provided as a scholarship.

If you have received a scholarship from any body other than this ward office, the scholarship will not be provided by this ward.

If a scholarship is obtained by submitting false details, the concerned student will be taken action in accordance with the Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City scholarship distribution standards and prevailing laws, and the scholarship will be recovered as if it had already been awarded by the government.

The ward office will have full authority to select or not to award scholarships.
