Important information regarding applying for scholarships

For the current academic session of this school 2083, as per the letter received from the Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City, Municipal Executive Office, Education Development Division dated 2083/01/11, letter number 2082/83, invoice no. 673 regarding scholarships and as per the provisions of Sub-section 3 of Section 27 of the Compulsory and Free Education Act 2075, the application and necessary documents are to be submitted to the school's accounting department along with the application. Details of documents to be submitted with all access application:

1. Copy of official certificate issued by the concerned commission or district administration office certifying Dalit, tribal, disabled, conflict victim, martyr and injured family, Madhesi, minority, etc.

2. In the case of the poor or needy, a copy of the poverty identification card issued by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation or, in the absence of such, a certificate issued by the local level.

3. Copy of the grade sheet of the previous grade passed.

4. The name of the concerned student from grade 1 onwards must be registered in the IEMIS system.

5. In the case of new students, compulsory enrollment must be completed.

Conditions related to award of scholarship:

1. Applications received will be evaluated and prioritized based on the student's academic achievement, financial situation, and inclusive representation.

2. Scholarships will be awarded in accordance with the prevailing policies, directives of the Government of Nepal and the criteria and procedures determined by the school.
