Information regarding applying for a research fellowship

This notice has been published for interested researchers as the Gorkhapatra Institute has decided to award prizes in the following subjects under the approved annual program and budget for the fiscal year 2082/83.

1. Gorkhapatra Sansthan, a research scholarship will be awarded to one person who is considered the best among the Master's or Doctor of Philosophy (MPhil) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) level research papers completed so far by universities recognized by the Government of Nepal or campuses/educational institutions affiliated or affiliated to universities, on the basis of Gorkhapatra Sansthan's evaluation, through its daily and monthly publications and contributions made in various fields including journalism, communication, language, literature, history, inclusive publishing/multilingual practice, social change, digital transformation, and the printing press and technology used in Gorkhapatra Sansthan.

2. The amount of the research scholarship is Rs. 50,000.- (Fifty thousand rupees in Akshaya form).

3. For further information, the Gorkhapatra Institute Research Fellowship Procedure, 2082 is available on the institute's website www.gorkhapatra.org.np.

4. Last date for submission of application: The applicant must register the application in the format as per the procedure at the Central Office of Gorkhapatra Corporation, Kathmandu within 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice.
