This notice has been published for the information of all concerned that the entrance examination for students interested in studying in Gandaki Boarding School for the academic session 2083, regular (residential or day) and residential seats in grade 4 and grade 6 by paying full fees, will be held with the following conditions. For regular admission to Grade 4:

Must be studying in grade 3 and not have exceeded 10 years of age by mid-Chaitra 2082.

1. Application form date: Distribution will be from 17th Falgun 2082 to 1:00 PM on 19th Chaitra 2082.

2. Last date for submission of application form: 19th Chaitra, 2082 by 1:00 PM.

3. Entrance exam date: Saturday, Chaitra 21, 2082, will be held from 10:30 am.

4. The entrance exam will be conducted based on the Grade 3 syllabus and will consist of English, Mathematics, and Nepali subjects.

For residential admission to grade 6:

1. Must be studying in grade 5 and not have exceeded 12 years of age by mid-Chaitra 2082.

2. Application form date: Distribution will be from Falgun 17, 2082 to Chaitra 20, 2082.

3. Last date for submission of application form: 20 Chaitra 2082 by 3:00 PM.

4. Entrance exam date: Monday, Chaitra 23, 2082, will be held from 10:30 am.

5. The entrance exam will be conducted based on the Grade 5 syllabus in English, Mathematics, Science, and Nepali.

All students participating in the exam are required to use a dot-matrix or ink pen.

Required Documents:

1. Two copies of passport size photo.

2. A photocopy of the marksheet/gradesheet of the second trimester examination of the class currently being studied.

3. A photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the concerned ward office.

1. In the admission of Grade 4, there are 6 reserved seats for students who are permanent residents of Pokhara Metropolitan City Ward No. 16 and 19 areas. Parents who are interested in applying for that quota must submit an application from the concerned ward office along with original documents stating that they are permanent residents of that area.

2. The student's name must be updated in the EMIS of the school they are currently studying at.
