Notice regarding filling out the form to participate in the Sixth Convocation Ceremony (2083)

BS. 2081 Falgun 19 to BS. 2082 Chaitra 30 Accordingly, from 2025 March 03 to 2026 April 13, only students who have passed the Bachelor's, Master's and M.Phil. level and have obtained transcripts according to the semester and annual examination system and those who have completed the PhD level within the same period will be allowed to fill in. Interested students who have passed the above-mentioned levels and have obtained transcripts to participate in the sixth convocation ceremony organized by Sudurpaschim University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, should apply from the website https://convocation.fwu.edu.np from Friday, 2082 Chaitra 20 to Friday, 2083 Baishakh 04, by completing the following procedures. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

1. The online application form must be filled in as per the instructions given.

2. To participate in the convocation ceremony, the following amount must be paid online as a deposit for the convocation fee and gown/scarf/cap.

3. MRP (MRP) size photo, two copies, must be submitted when coming to collect the gown/scarf/cap.

4. If parents are to be included, an additional fee of Rs. 250 per parent (non-refundable) must be paid online.

5. Both the convocation fee and deposit must be paid to participate in the convocation ceremony.
