Very important information regarding filling out the application form for diploma level semester exams

Since the regular and partial examinations of Diploma in Engineering programs, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Works, Entrepreneurship Development, Beauty and Cosmetology and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) first year second part, second year second part and third year second part under the semester examination system in the educational institutions run by this council, partnership, community schools and private level will be conducted in the month of Shravan/Bhadra. Therefore, the date for the candidates to submit the examination application form has been fixed by 27th Ashar 2082 BS with regular fee and by 02nd Shrawan 2082 BS with late fee, this notice has been published so that the concerned educational institutions can mandatorily fill the examination application form.

Under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (Dalit, Muslim and Deprived), the regular/partial examinations of the first year second part, second year second part and third year second part of the Diploma in Civil, Civil (Specialization in Hydropower), Automobile, Geomatics, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Information Technology, Food and Dairy Technology, Hotel Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) programs will also be conducted at the same time, so you are requested to fill the application form on the above-mentioned date and time.

Additionally, students from educational institutions who do not meet the following conditions and do not submit the application form within the specified time will not be admitted to the exam.

Conditions:

1. The school will have to log in to ITMS Online with its user and print the regular/partial examination application form for all the candidates registered for the academic session 2076/077 (AD 2019) from its regular/partial examination application form and distribute it to the candidates.

2. In the case of semester examination system of educational institutions run in partnership with the council, Rs. 500/- per student and Rs. 2,000/- per student in the case of private educational institutions and double the regular examination fee per student will have to pay as late fee. In addition, if the form is not entered in the web-based online system within the regular fee period, a late fee will also be charged.

3. In the case of partial examinees, the examination fee for one theoretical or experimental subject is Rs. 300.- and for each additional theoretical or experimental subject, Rs. 150.- at the regular fee and the late fee is double the prescribed fee per student.

4. While submitting the examination application form, the concerned educational institutions should create separate files for regular and part-time subjects and new and old syllabus and register them with the provincial offices of the council by the specified date, along with the receipt of payment of the fee.

5. The concerned educational institutions must deposit the amount for the examination application form fee in the bank account of the concerned provincial office on the last date for payment of regular fee and the day after the last date for payment of late fee and upload the original bank voucher to ITMS Online.

6. There will be no examination fee for meritorious and classified scholarship candidates in the regular stream.

7. In the case of partial examinees, only students who have been admitted and registered since the academic session 2076/77 (E.S. 2019) will be allowed to fill the examination application form. The online application forms of all the programs should be entered in the web-based online system and the program-specific comprehensive forms should be sorted in order and a copy including a printed copy should be attached to the same file.

8. In the case of partial examinees, only those examinees who failed (NQ) in the internal assessment examination will be given the internal assessment score test.

You will need to enter the form and web-based online system, print a copy, and submit it with a proper seal.

9. The examination application forms of the candidates of the regular semester examination system should be entered in the web-based online system, sorted according to the order of the forms, and a copy of the Internal Assessment according to the program and a printed copy of the comprehensive form should be attached to the same file.

10. Only candidates who have passed the internal assessment examination will be allowed to appear in the final examination. If candidates who have failed (NQ) the internal assessment examination appear in the examination mentioning the subject they failed, their examination for that subject will automatically be cancelled.

11. In case of students registered from another educational institution, the name of that institution must be mentioned in the examination application form and a transfer letter must be attached.

12. The fee amount should be deposited into the council's account online or into the following bank accounts of the council's provincial offices.

Original voucher of fee deposited in the bank account of the concerned council provincial office mentioned above is attached with the examination application form.

If the fee is not deposited within the specified date, a penalty of double the fee will have to be paid.

Note:

1. The date for submitting the examination application form to the concerned school is from 2082.03.13 to 2082.03.27 at 3:00 PM,

2. The regular fee for online entry in ITMS by the school is from 2082.03.15 to 2082.03.27,

3. The last date for the regular fee payment by the school to deposit the examination application fee in the bank is 2082.03.29,

4. Trainees will submit the examination application form to the concerned school with a late fee from 2082.03.29 to 2082.04.02,

5. The school will charge a late fee for online entry in ITMS from 2082.03.29 to 2082.04.02,

6. The last date for the school to deposit the late fee in the bank is 2082.04.04,

7. Symbol No. Since it has to be generated in one go, the exam application form must be submitted by 2082.03.27 with regular fee and by 2082.04.02

Educational institutions must enter the Web Based Online System for late fees by 8. All educational institutions must mandatorily complete the training work as per the curriculum determined by the curriculum.

9. In the case of schools that pay the fee through Online Payment given in ITMS online, the school itself will print the trainee's admission letter.

The principal must sign and distribute it with the school's seal.

10. Educational institutions must submit all documents, including comprehensive details, vouchers, to the concerned council and provincial office by 2082.04.05 within office hours.
