This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to fill the online application form duly in ITMS Online of the Office of the Controller of Examinations by 11th Shrawan 2082 for admission to the classified (free) scholarship quota determined in the affiliated, partnership, tax and private educational institutions operating under the Council's "Directive on Scholarship Distribution and Admission 2082". Applicants who have met the minimum qualifications can study by paying the application form fee online.

1. Information regarding classified (free) scholarships:

Nepali citizens will be provided scholarships in the following quota numbers in each academic program based on the approved quota at the pre-diploma level in the Council's member, partner, tax and private level educational institutions.

16 Computer Applications and Secretarial Management

Under the Council, Nepali citizens who have met the minimum qualifications for each educational program that has been approved to operate the program for the academic session 2081/082 in each educational institution will be provided with free scholarships in the number mentioned in Section 7(2.1) A (A) by keeping the total number determined as 100 percent as per Section 7(2.1) A of the Admissions Guidelines and dividing that number into two groups of 50-50 percent, namely general and target groups. (

a) General Group: Free (classified) scholarships will be provided to eligible Nepali citizens by maintaining the number of seats reserved for the general group at 100%.

(b) Nepali citizens of the target groups who have met the eligibility criteria as specified in the target group will be provided free (classified) scholarships in the number of seats as per the program in the following reserved percentages, keeping the percentage as mentioned as 100%. (a) If a situation arises where a specified program is not taught, the scholarship will not be provided. If a program of an educational institution receives a small number of full-fee applications and the program is not conducted, the educational institution must compulsorily inform the concerned council or provincial office.

(b) Students who study by receiving a scholarship from the Council will have to go to the place assigned to them for a specified period of time after their studies, if desired by the Government of Nepal. For this, they will have to sign a commitment letter as mentioned in the application form.

(e) Any examinee shall receive only one scholarship of his/her choice from among the scholarships provided by the Council or other government bodies for studying the educational program as per this guideline.

(e) If it is found that a candidate has obtained a scholarship by submitting forged documents with the intention of obtaining a scholarship, in any case, the Council, P.N.K. will cancel the registration and recommend action against him as per the prevailing law. Such candidates will not be included in any type of examination conducted by the Council for a period of 5 years.

(v) The school may charge any fees, including training, experimental, registration, regular examination application, library, transportation to the experimental site, etc., from candidates who have been recommended for admission on scholarship as per Section 7 (2) (g) of the guidelines.

Before the implementation of the alphabet system: Passed S.L.C. or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution.

Note: For other pre-diploma level programs not mentioned above, the course will be as determined by the curriculum.

3. Documents to be submitted along with the application form:

For classified (free) scholarships, the candidates themselves must fill the Online Application Form within the time limit specified in this notice. The application form must be submitted through the designated service provider through Connect IPS or Khalti wallet and the fee must be paid online. (a) Scanned copy of the original Nepali citizenship (birth registration in the case of minors) certificate.

(b) Scanned copy of the original of the minimum educational qualification or equivalent educational certificate. (c) In the case of government or community schools, the concerned municipality shall provide the school

A letter certifying the type, and in the case of a technical school, a scanned copy of the original letter certified by the concerned school. (d) In the case of a Dalit, as per Schedule 3, if listed, and in the case of a Dalit with a different surname who is not listed, an original letter from the concerned municipality.
