Very important information regarding filling out the online application form for the classified (free) scholarship quota for diploma and certificate level programs other than health in the academic session 2082/083!

Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (TEVTC) conducts diploma and certificate level courses other than health as per the schedule.

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned that Nepali citizens who have met the eligibility criteria as per the details in the following programs should fill the Online Application Form duly in ITMS Online of the Office of the Controller of Examinations by 11th Shrawan 2082 for admission to the classified (free) scholarship quota determined in the academic session 2082/083 in the affiliated/approved affiliated, partnership, tax and private educational institutions in accordance with the "Guidelines for Selection of Trainees, Distribution of Scholarships and Admissions at Diploma and Certificate Levels" from students who have passed S.L.C./S.E.E. from government and community schools and Pre-Diploma level from the Council's constituent schools in the academic session 2082/083. Applicants who have met the minimum eligibility criteria should submit the Online Application Form by paying the application form fee online, prioritizing the program, province, and educational institution to be studied, and also selecting the quota of the category to which they belong.

Nepali citizens can fill the online application form for any one province's program under the classified (free) scholarship quota, but the competition will be held only at the same province level and the publication of merit list and admission recommendation will be done accordingly. For the academic session 2082/083, the online application form can be filled only for any one program under the classified (free) scholarship at the diploma/certificate level.

All concerned will be informed about the publication of the notice for admission to diploma/certificate level health programs a few days later. Details

1. Classified (Free) Scholarship Information:

The following quota of scholarships will be provided to Nepali citizens in each educational program based on the approved quota for admission to diploma and certificate levels in the Council's member, partner, tax and private level educational institutions.

Note: If a fully-funded program cannot be operated in an educational institution, the above-mentioned quota may be increased if the above-mentioned quota is approved.

Under the Council, Nepali citizens who have met the minimum qualifications for each educational program that has been approved to operate the program for the academic session 2082/083 in each educational institution will be provided with free scholarships in the number mentioned in Section 7 (2.1) A (A) by dividing the total number determined as 100 percent in accordance with Section 7 (2.1) A of the Admissions Guidelines and dividing that number into two groups of 50-50 percent, namely general and target groups.

(a) General Group: Free (classified) scholarships will be provided to eligible Nepali citizens by maintaining the number of seats reserved for the general group at 100%.

(b) Nepali citizens of the target groups who have met the eligibility criteria as specified in the target group group will be provided free of charge (classified) in the number of seats as per the program within the province in the percentage reserved as follows, keeping the percentage as mentioned as 100%.

(a) If a situation arises where a specified program is not taught, the scholarship will not be provided. If a program of an educational institution receives a small number of full-fee applications and the program is not conducted, the educational institution shall inform the concerned council, province

The office must be made mandatory. (b) Students who study by receiving a scholarship from the Council may, after their studies, go to the place assigned by the Government of Nepal for a specified period of time, if desired.

(e) Any candidate shall not be required to avail of any educational program as per this guideline provided by the Council or any other government agency for the purpose of studying.

Only one scholarship of his/her choice will be awarded among the scholarships.

(e)

If it is found that a candidate has obtained a scholarship by submitting forged documents with the intention of obtaining a scholarship, in any case, the Council, P.N.K. will cancel the registration and recommend action against him as per the prevailing law. Such candidates will not be included in any type of examination conducted by the Council for 5 years.

(v) The school shall not charge any fees including training, practical, registration, regular examination application, library, transportation fee to the practical venue, etc. from the candidates who are recommended for admission on scholarship as per Section 7 (2) (g) of the guidelines. However, the candidates themselves shall have to arrange for food, accommodation, uniform and necessary stationery during the study period.

(O) 2. Educational program to be trained and minimum educational qualifications required

Candidates recommended for a classified (free) scholarship will not be allowed to change their program later.

(a) In the case of entrance examinations before the implementation of the alphabetic system

Or have passed the technical S.L.C./Pre-Diploma level related to the program run by the Council by obtaining 68.33 percent marks in the total aggregate marks.

(c) Those who have passed the pre-diploma level or 9-10 technical streams or equivalent in the diploma and certificate level programs operated under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training may also study in the program they have studied or in other programs of the same faculty.

3. Documents to be submitted along with the application form:

For classified (free) scholarships, the candidates themselves will have to fill the Online Application Form within the deadline specified in this notice. Along with the online application form, the fee will have to be paid online through the designated service providers Connect IPS or Khalti wallet.

(a) Scanned copy of the original Nepali citizenship (birth registration in the case of minors) certificate.
