1. Even if there is an emergency leave, the National Examination Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, will not postpone the exam without prior notice.

2. The exams for both regular and grade promotion groups will be held at the same time as per the mentioned schedule.

3. Admit card will be mandatory to enter the examination hall.

4. Information about the examination center will be provided by the concerned Education Development and Coordination Unit.

5. Candidates who do not attend the exam according to the designated exam center and schedule will not be given another exam arrangement.

6. The exam must be taken using the symbol number mentioned in the admit card. The symbol number mentioned in the admit card will not be changed. If the exam is taken using a code number other than the symbol number, the exam will automatically be canceled.

7. The center head should coordinate with the concerned school to make necessary arrangements for the facilitation of candidates with disabilities, pregnant women, and orphans.

8. The examination centers of both regular and grade-advancement groups will not change.

9. The three-digit subject code indicates the old syllabus (for 2079 examinees).

10. Electronic devices that use Bluetooth or chips, such as mobile phones and smart watches, will not be allowed into the examination hall.

11. While filling the registration/examination application form, the examinee should check the date of birth and spelling of the name and surname mentioned in the form with the control list provided by this office. If there is a difference, the details that need to be revised should be sent by the concerned school through the concerned Education Development and Coordination Unit or directly to this office by mid-Baisakh 2083 BS.
