Scholarship Information

In the above regard, as per the decision of the District Scholarship Selection and Distribution Committee meeting dated 2082/09/21 for the distribution of scholarships as per the approved annual development program of this Directorate for Surkhet district in the current financial year 2082/083, it has been decided to publish the notice with a deadline of 30 days from 2082/09/22. Therefore, this notice has been published for all concerned, requesting that the students who are permanently residing in Surkhet district and studying in recognized educational institutions across the country to receive technical daughters-in-law, higher education Dalit and higher education disabled scholarships, and those who are permanently residing in Karnali province and studying in recognized educational institutions across the country to receive higher education marginalized and endangered class scholarships, fill in the scholarship application form available on the website of this office edd.karnali.gov.np and apply to this Directorate within the specified date.

1. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate. In the case of students who are not of age to obtain citizenship, copy of birth certificate,

2. In the case of daughter-in-law, a copy of the marriage registration certificate,

3. Permanent address verification document from the concerned local level,

4. Certificate of passing S.E.E./S.L.C. examination from a recognized educational institution,

5. A letter of recommendation from the educational institution where the student is studying, stating that he/she is studying regularly, has paid tuition fees, and is not receiving a scholarship or free scholarship from any other body.

6. In the case of a disabled person, a disability identity card,

7. Recommendation letter from the local level in the case of marginalized and endangered species,

8. Death registration certificate in the case of a single woman without parents,

9. Recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office in case of Dalit and conflict-affected single women

Higher Education Dalit Scholarship 7.2.5.16

3. Permanent address verification document from the concerned local level,

4. Recommendation from the educational institution stating that the student is studying regularly at a recognized educational institution and has not received a scholarship from any other body,

5. Certificate of educational qualification lower than the level of study.

Higher Education Marginalized and Endangered Class Scholarship 7.2.5.15

All subjects/Bachelor's or Master's degree
