Notice of Submission of Application for Disability Higher Education Scholarship

According to the approved program and budget implementation standards, 2081 (including the amendment dated 2081.12.15) in relation to the implementation of the disabled higher education scholarship program for the current fiscal year 2081/82. A notice has been published for the information of all concerned to submit an application to this directorate within 21 (twenty one) days from the date of publication of this notice for students with disabilities who have been admitted to graduate or post-graduate level in 2081.82 (except those who have received scholarships this year). Additional information about the format of the application, documents to be submitted with the application, the basis of evaluation, etc. can be obtained from the annual program implementation criteria on the website of this directorate, edd.gandaki.gov.np. Applications that do not complete the documents as per the criteria and are not submitted within the deadline will not be included in the evaluation process.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1. Certified copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate,

2. Copy of Disability Identity Card with type (category) of disability,

3. A certified copy of the Migration Certificate if you have migrated and settled in this province,

4. Attested copy of Class 12 and graduation transcripts, (Equivalence certificate if passed from foreign board)

5. A letter certified by the Education Development and Coordinating Unit of the concerned district that the Class 12 passed educational institution is community/public and the concerned campus certifying that the graduation institution is community/public,

6. A letter from the respective campus stating that they are enrolled and studying in the respective year/semester and have not received dual scholarship,

7. Local level recommendation with permanent address,

8. In case of Dalit category, the document to reveal the proof,

9. Bank statement in the name of the concerned student.
