Following the implementation of the minimum standards and procedures for doctoral degrees implemented by various universities around the world, as implemented by the University Grants Commission of Nepal and India, in the context of implementing course work at the doctoral level, as per the decision of the Degree Recognition and Equivalence Determination Committee meeting dated 29th Jestha 2082, among those who have obtained a PhD degree from various universities and have applied for equivalence at this center, those whose equivalence decision is pending and who are applying for equivalence, are required to attach the application file with the pre-approval of the working institution confirming that they have studied at the university concerned for at least nine months to complete course work and other work, proof of leave, and a letter written by the university stating their physical presence at the university throughout the study period. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
