Very important information about filling the application form of one subject opportunity examination

According to the Regulations, 2071, for candidates who have passed the first and second year and failed only one subject in the results of the regular side of the third year for all diploma and certificate level programs and special scholarship program in technical education conducted under this council, as of the date of publication of this notice, the theoretical one subject chance examination will be conducted in the month of Baisakh, 2081. This notification has been published to submit the examination application form to the relevant educational institutions within 10.00. This notification has been published for the information of all those concerned about the practice of disqualifying students from schools who do not fulfill the following conditions and who do not submit the application form within the specified time.

Conditions:

1. The educational institution has to print the exam application form and distribute it to the examinees after logging in to ITMS Online from their user.

2. Examination application form fee is Rs. 300.- will have to be submitted.

3. The concerned educational institutes shall compulsorily remit the amount for examination application form fee, regular fee and late fee on 2081.12.05 to the bank account of the concerned council, state office.

4. Under the annual examination system, only the regular examinees who have failed in any one subject in the third year regular examination are allowed to fill the said application form and the copy of the Result Sheet of the said regular examination must be attached with the application form.

5. In the result of the third year examination conducted in the month of November 2081 after the registration was established in the year 2078 (year 2021), the candidates who failed only in one subject will be allowed to fill the application form for one subject chance examination. A copy of the Mark Sheet or Ledger of the first and second year passes must be attached with the application form. If the candidates who fail the first and second year of the annual examination system fill the application form for the examination, the examination will be canceled automatically.

6. You will not be admitted to the exam without the admit card. Therefore, the admit card should be submitted by the concerned school within the specified time.

7. Date of examination and examination center will be published later.

8. Symbol no. Since a lump sum has to be generated, the examination application form for the regular fee must be entered in the Web Based Online System within the office hours of 2081.12.03 and for late fees within the office hours of 12.10.2081.

9. The application form should be submitted to the relevant provincial offices of the council through the relevant school within the date 2081.12.14.
