Important information regarding program renewal for the academic session 2083/084!

Educational institutions that have obtained affiliation/approval for pre-diploma and certificate/diploma level programs from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training are required to renew the approved programs every year after two years from the date of affiliation/approval. As per the provision, the educational institutions recommended to continue operating the approved programs in the regular monitoring conducted by the Council Provincial Offices for the academic session 2083/084 and the monitoring report received from the Council Technical Division for the upcoming academic session 2083/084, along with the specified notarized documents as mentioned in the details, may renew the programs online by depositing the regular fee within 15 days (from 2082/12/25 to 2083/01/09) and an additional 7 days (from 2083/01/10 to 2083/01/16) of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all the concerned educational institutions as per the decision of the Council Office dated 2082/12/24. It is also important to note that when filling out the renewal card, it is mandatory to submit all the original documents submitted online.

Documents that must be submitted and notarized when renewing:-

1. The company renewal/update letter for the fiscal year 2081/082 and all documents related to the company registration should be submitted from the company registrar's office or the office where the company is registered. (Statute of the company/company registration certificate, management letter, regulations, PAN registration, etc.)

2) Proof of tax payment or proof of tax filing up to at least FY 2081/082. 3) Regarding the hospital to be used in experimental practice for health-related programs, the Council's Minimum Infrastructure Guidelines and other standards, the approval letter from the official body that the hospital beds are open as per the provisions of the relevant professional council and the National Medical Education Act 2075, and the hospital's renewal letter or current letter from the relevant body that is in the renewal process (except government), a letter stating the priority of the programs of the institutions to which the hospital has given consent for experimental practice, a letter of agreement/agreement, a document certifying the distance from the hospital to the institution, and a self-declaration letter from the hospital clearly stating whether or not the hospital is being used for health-related undergraduate or postgraduate programs.

4) Regarding the fees being charged for training fees while operating the institution in the current academic session, a self-declaration letter stating that only the fees prescribed by the council have been charged and a copy of the program renewal card from the last academic session 2082/083 must be submitted.

5) Educational institutions that have obtained affiliation/approval to run 3-year certificate/diploma level programs in health related subjects and have their own 100-bed hospital and certificate level nursing programs must officially submit notarized documents confirming the opening of their own 100-bed hospital.

6) A copy of the letter of affiliation approval obtained from the council, transfer of name, relocation, name change, merger of the organization, transfer of ownership, etc., must be included.

7) Only educational institutions that have submitted the above-mentioned evidence and documents and have qualified through the monitoring and evaluation of the Technical Division will have to deposit the following amount in the account number 173010000009006 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur as specified by the Council Office. While depositing the said amount, the name and address of the institution must be mentioned in the bank voucher.

8) The above documents must be attached to the form with the details posted on the CTEVT website: www.ctevt.org.np. Also, when submitting the application electronically (ONLINE), the request letter should be sent on the institution's letter pad along with the Quick Link of the Council's website or https://tinyurl. com/ctevt8384 only. Otherwise, it will not be considered eligible for renewal.

9) Educational institutions that have been upgraded to health-related certificate/diploma level programs in the last academic session 079/080, 080/081 and 081/082 and have received affiliation/approval to operate programs of the same level will have to submit and renew the documents and fees as mentioned in the program.

10) A letter from the relevant body where the organization is registered, details of the members of the organization's board of directors, and a certified copy of citizenship must be submitted, clearly stating the current shareholding details of the directors or shareholder members of the organization/hospital.

Note: Institutions that have obtained affiliation/approval for short-term training can renew the program within the prescribed time limit by calculating the date as mentioned in the affiliation/approval letter at the prescribed regular fee and after that time, by paying a late fee (double fee) as per the rules.
