Notice regarding publication of merit list for all programs except health towards classified (free) scholarships at pre-diploma and diploma certificate level.

According to the notice published by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2082/03/22 and 2082/04/11, after verifying the applications received online for studies in the Pre-Diploma and Diploma Certificate level programs in the educational institutions under this province, the list of eligible candidates including the main candidates and alternate candidates and the list of cancelled applicants have been published on the basis of the marks/GPA obtained in the S.L.C./S.E. results and the weightage of the community and institutional schools/schools in the approved programs and quotas of the concerned educational institutions as per the decision dated 2082/05/03. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Candidates who are selected as the main candidates and recommended for admission are requested to apply for admission to the specified school within the office hours on 13/05/2082 along with their Application Acceptance Card, copy of qualification order, certificate of educational qualification, citizenship or birth certificate, original certificate of the selected target group, passport size photograph. Also, the concerned school, taking this information as the basis, is requested to verify the original certificates and documents submitted by the candidates as mentioned in the admission guidelines and notice by the principal of the school and to admit them only after making an undertaking that if the details entered while applying online are found to be false, the admission will be automatically cancelled at any time. Also, candidates who have not come to enroll in the programs of the schools specified for admission by the last date for admission are requested to inform the Council Koshi Province Office at [email protected] within 3 days as per Section 20 (d) of the admission guidelines.
