Very important notice regarding filling up the online application form again for the admission process for vacant seats in the full-fee health programs, except for certificate level nursing and midwifery, in the academic session 2082/083.

If there are vacant seats in all health programs except nursing and midwifery at diploma/certificate level to be conducted by the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council in the academic session 2082/083, the number of vacant seats will be published in accordance with Section 19 of the Admissions Guidelines, 2082, and the online application form will be requested and the concerned educational institution will admit/make admission according to the merit list as per the prescribed quota. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. The concerned educational institution will admit/make admission according to the merit list recommendation and publication of results from the concerned council and provincial office in accordance with Section 17 of the Admissions Guidelines, 2082.

All the conditions mentioned in the notice published by this office on 04/05/2082 will be applicable and must be completed by ITMS Online Entry on the specified date as per the Guidelines for Selection of Trainees, Distribution of Scholarships and Admission at Pre-Diploma and Diploma and Certificate Levels, 2082.

Conditions:

(1) When publishing a notice requesting an online application form, the educational institution must publish the notice with a deadline of 5 days.

(2) As per the notification published on 2082.04.05, the candidate whose name is recommended in the Zehendar quota towards full fee in the published result will get Zehendar scholarship. Candidates who come through the re-selection process will not get Zehendar scholarship, but if all the candidates are admitted to a program of an educational institution through the re-selection process, 1 candidate from among them will be given Zehendar scholarship according to the merit order.

(3) Responsibility to verify original copies of the candidate's educational qualifications, citizenship, and class status during admission.

It will be the responsibility of the principal of the educational institution. If there is a difference between the documents submitted for selection and the original documents submitted for admission, the concerned council or provincial office must be informed without admission.

(4) Online application forms for vacant seats in fully-fee-paying programs can be filled from the concerned educational institution or by the applicant himself from 2082.06.01.

(5) The educational institution shall be responsible for verifying the minimum educational qualifications and other documents of online applicants for full-fee programs online in the Web Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS) provided by the Examination Controller's Office. From the date of commencement of filling the online form, the concerned educational institution shall mandatorily verify the form of the applicants by logging on to its ITMS. If there is any problem while verifying, the IT branch of the concerned council or provincial office shall be informed immediately and the problem shall be resolved.

(6) While verifying the applicants who have entered online by the educational institution, the qualifications and documents as prescribed by the guidelines will be checked and confirmed and rejected. If there is any problem while verifying, the IT branch of the concerned council or provincial office will be informed immediately and the problem will be resolved. After verification and confirmation, the council or provincial office will approve and set the Application Acceptance Card Number and only the applicants with the symbol number will be included in the qualification order and result list.

(7) While conducting the admission process of candidates, the educational institution shall fully comply with the procedures as per Sections 18 and 19 of the Guidelines on Selection of Trainees, Distribution of Scholarships and Admissions at Pre-Diploma and Diploma and Certificate Levels, 2082.

(8) A 3-member task force including information technology will have to work at the concerned council and provincial office to select candidates for vacant seats, publish the merit list and results.

(a) This task force shall select and rank applicants once a week for online application forms for health programs other than Certificate Level Nursing, Midwifery, General Medicine and Diploma in Pharmacy. The recommendation for admission shall be completed by 2082 Mangsir 25. After that, the admission and registration process of the educational institution will be closed. cal

(b) In the case of Certificate Level General Medicine and Diploma in Pharmacy programs, the deadline for filling the online application form is 11:59 PM on 14 July 2082, and the above-mentioned working group at the concerned council, provincial office will have to select, recommend the merit order and publish the results from among the applicants.

(9) The Council and provincial offices shall continue the work of recommending candidates for classified (free) scholarships in the programs of educational institutions under the province in accordance with the guidelines and shall recommend them for admission by 25th Mangsir, 2082. After that, no admission recommendation will be allowed.
