Very important notice regarding the publication of the merit list for selection of trainees for programs other than health towards Pre-Diploma and Diploma/Certificate level classified (free) scholarships.

According to the notice published by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2082.03.22 and 2082.04.11, among the online application forms duly received within the specified deadline for studies in pre-diploma and diploma/certificate level classified (free) scholarships in programs other than health, the merit order of the main candidates and alternate candidates and the list of cancelled applicants have been published as per the decision dated 2082/04/29, as per the marks/GPA obtained in the results of SLC/SEE and community schools, as per the merit order of the approved programs in the category and quota. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Candidates who are selected as the main candidates and recommended for admission are informed to enroll in the specified school on 2082.05.08 within office hours along with a copy of their Application Acceptance Card, merit list, original certificate of educational qualification, citizenship or birth certificate, original certificate of the selected target group and passport size photograph. The concerned school is requested to admit the candidates only after verifying the original certificates and documents submitted by the candidates as mentioned in the Admission Guidelines, 2082 and the notification, by the Principal of the school. If the documents submitted are proven to be fake, the admission will be automatically canceled at any time. Also, the candidates who have not come to enroll in the programs of the schools specified for admission by the last date specified for admission should be informed in writing to the email address of the Council, Karnali Province Office, [email protected] within 3 days as per Section 18 of the Admission Guidelines.
