Very important information regarding the selection of trainees, recommendation of merit order and publication of results for the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education 2082 in Diploma/Certificate programs in the academic session 2082/083.

A.W. As per the provisions of the budget and programs of the Government of Nepal in 2082/083, to provide technical education to 230 seats including 200 in Certificate Level General Medicine and 30 in Medical Lab Technology Program from students from Dalit, Muslim, marginalized and underprivileged communities across the country and from students permanently residing in 78 municipalities who do not have access to technical education, the main, passed and the main list of candidates and the attached result list of the candidates who have submitted their online applications in accordance with the notification published in the Gorkhapatra National Daily dated 2082.04.09. Published in accordance with the decision dated 2082.05.27.

The main candidates selected for the Certificate Level General Medicine and Medical Lab Technology programs, along with the educational institutions, must enroll by 2082.06.08 and the next day if that day falls on a public holiday. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all the candidates concerned to go to the designated educational institution for admission with the necessary original documents (academic certificates, Online Acceptance Card, original copy of their class opening certificate and copy of the result) within the mentioned deadline.

The schools designated for admission to the scholarship, based on this notice, shall, as per the published result details, submit the minimum educational qualification certificates of the students recommended to their school, the recommendation letter of the concerned body stating the category opened in the quota, and the Online Acceptance Card, verified by the principal of the school, and keep a copy of it in the school's records, and shall admit only those candidates who have met the educational qualifications specified in the Guidelines for Selection of Trainees, Distribution of Scholarships and Admissions at Pre-Diploma and Diploma and Certificate Levels, 2082, within the prescribed quota without charging any fee within the prescribed deadline. It is also informed that if candidates who do not meet the qualifications are admitted, the registration of such candidates with the council will not be maintained, and the responsibility for this will be the principal of the concerned school.

If the main examinee is not admitted within the mentioned deadline and the quota remains vacant in any educational program, in the case of the poor, Dalit, marginalized and Muslims, the concerned school shall publish a 5-day notice in the Gorkhapatra National Daily and invite applications from the candidates who have passed/are on the waiting list. The applications received shall be registered in the main registration book of the school and the applications received shall be selected from the same program of the target category or group for which the quota has remained vacant, in accordance with the merit order. Even after that, if the quota remains vacant, the candidates shall participate in the admission process from the passed list of other categories and apply for the desired program from the passed list and be admitted in accordance with the merit order of the concerned program.

In case of vacant seats for candidates from 78 municipalities that do not have access to technical education, they will have to be filled from within the respective province. If the vacant quota is not filled from that, candidates from other provinces will have to be selected in order of merit from the passed list.
