A.W. As per the provisions of the budget and programs of the Government of Nepal in 2082/083, to provide technical education to 50 students at the pre-diploma level and 200 students at the diploma/certificate level from among the students from Dalit, Muslim, marginalized and disadvantaged communities across the country and from the students residing permanently in 78 municipalities who do not have access to technical education, in accordance with the notification published in the Gorkhapatra National Daily dated 2082.04.09, the applicants who have submitted their online applications in the prescribed manner by 11:59 pm on 2082.04.29, the grade sheet of the SEE/SLC/Pre-Diploma examination as per the Guidelines for Selection, Scholarship Distribution and Admission of Trainees at Pre-Diploma and Diploma and Certificate Levels, 2082 and adding 1 mark to those who have passed from a community school and 0.85 marks to those who have passed from an institutional school, and determining the merit order based on the total marks obtained from the sum of both, the main, passed list and cancellation list according to the educational institution and program will be prepared. The list of candidates has been published as per the decision dated 2082.05.30.

The main candidates selected for Diploma in Hotel Management, Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science), Civil, Automobile and Pre-Diploma in Automobile and Livestock Production/Animal Health programs, including educational institutions, must enroll by 2082.06.10 or the next day if that day falls on a public holiday. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all the trainees concerned to go to the designated educational institution for admission with the necessary original documents (academic certificates, Online Acceptance Card, original copy of their class opening certificate and copy of the result) within the mentioned deadline.

The schools designated for admission to the scholarship, based on this notice, shall, as per the published result details, submit the minimum educational qualification certificates of the candidates recommended to their schools, the recommendation letter of the concerned body indicating the category opened in the quota, and the original certificates of the Online Acceptance Card, verified by the principal of the school, and keep a copy of it on record in the school. It is hereby notified that only those students who have met the educational qualifications specified in the Guidelines for Selection of Students, Distribution of Scholarships and Admissions at Pre-Diploma and Diploma and Certificate Levels, 2082, will be admitted within the prescribed quota without charging any fee within the prescribed time limit. It is also informed that if an applicant who does not meet the qualifications is admitted, the registration of such applicants with the council will not be maintained, and the responsibility for this will be the principal of the concerned school.

If the main candidate is not admitted within the mentioned deadline and the quota remains vacant in any educational program, in the case of poor, Dalit, marginalized and Muslim students, the concerned school shall publish a 5-day notice in the Gorkhapatra National Daily and invite applications from the candidates who have passed/waiting list and register the applications received in the main registration book of the school and select the candidates from the same program of the target category or group for which the quota has remained vacant in the order of merit. Even after that, if the quota remains vacant, the candidates shall participate in the admission process from the passed list of other categories and apply for the desired program from the passed list and admit them in the order of merit of the concerned program.

In case of vacant seats for applicants from 78 municipalities that do not have access to technical education, they will have to be filled from within the respective province. If the vacant quota is not filled from that, candidates from other provinces will have to be selected in order of merit from the passed list.
