Technical Education and Vocational Training Council Polytechnic Division, Ch. No. 453, 574 dated 2082.05.04 and 2082.05.13 respectively, for the Diploma/Certificate level Health Diploma in Pharmacy, General Medicine, General Medicine (Ayurveda) and Ophthalmic Science programs to be conducted in the academic session 2082/083, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, interested applicants from all over the country who are in the pass list/Cut off in the results published by the Council and Provincial Offices as per the notification published by the Council on 2082.04.05, in accordance with the full fee admission process, qualification order recommendation, and admission guidelines, 2082, should register their applications at the concerned educational institution or designated provincial office within the office hours on 2082.05.25.
