Very important information regarding filling the registration form for the academic session 2082/083 at the Diploma/Certificate level.

As per Section 22 of the Guidelines on Selection of Trainees, Scholarship Distribution and Admission of Pre-Diploma and Diploma and Certificate Levels of Educational Institutions that have been approved to operate programs at the organic, partnership, government/community schools and private levels by the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, 2082, the registration period has been fixed till mid-Mangsir 2082. Therefore, students who have passed the entrance examination for the academic session 2082/083 and are studying in all Diploma and Certificate level programs along with the admission process, including the registration form, should complete the process as per the details from 2082 Asoj 08 to 2082 Mangsir 16 at regular fee and from 2082 Mangsir 17 to 2082 Mangsir 25 at late fee and submit the registration form to the provincial offices under the Council by completing the process as per the details and making Online Entry in ITMS.

This notice has been published for the information of all the concerned educational institutions. All the concerned are hereby informed that if the registration form is not submitted within the stipulated time, later registration will not be possible. In addition, the council, provincial offices and educational institutions will inform the admission process and re-admission process and eligibility for classified (free) scholarships and full-fee scholarships.

The entire process related to admission of candidates from the order recommendation, cut off, and pass list (including selection from the main candidate and pass list) must be completed by 2082 Mangsir 12. Also, in the case of programs other than the certificate level general medicine and pharmacy programs, entry must be completed in ITMS online by 2082 Mangsir 12, the date of the re-entry examination. It is also informed that there will be no admission process after that and ITMS online entry for the entrance examination will be closed.

Conditions:

1. Selection of trainees, scholarships for pre-diploma and diploma and certificate levels who have passed the admission process and re-admission process and merit order recommendation list published by the Office of the Controller of Examinations for the academic session 2082/083 on various dates

Only students admitted in accordance with the Distribution and Admissions Guidelines, 2082, will need to fill out the registration form.

2. The number of students should be limited to the quota approved by the council.

3. Educational institutions that have received affiliation/approval from the Council to operate programs at the private level will be required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 2,500/- per student and

Institutional development fee per student will be paid in lump sum at the rate of Rs. 2,000.

4. In the case of students studying in educational programs run under the Council's member, partnership, government/community schools

Registration fee per student is Rs. 500.- to be paid in one lump sum.

5. No registration and institutional development fees will be charged for students who are selected and admitted under Zehendar and Classified Scholarships. 6. Educational institutions should download the registration form from www.ctevtexam.org.np, print both sides and distribute it to the students and

Students must attach the following documents with the registration form.

(a) Original Application Acceptance Card must be attached.

(b) The trainee will have to print and attach the Application Acceptance Form from online.

(d) Copy of citizenship/birth registration certificate.

(c) Copies of SLC/SEE/TSLC/Pre-diploma academic qualifications and character certificates.

(e) Students who have passed S.L.C./S.E.E. or similar examinations from countries other than Nepal must submit a copy of their educational certificates, equivalency certificates and original copies of their migration certificates. In the case of students from foreign countries who require passports and visas, a certified copy of their passports, visas and study permits, and in the case of Indian citizens, a certified copy of their government identity cards.

(f) In the case of trainees who have passed the entrance examination from one educational institution and have been admitted to any program of another educational institution, a photocopy of the original admission letter and results must be submitted along with the form, highlighting it.

(g) In the case of students who have been granted admission while working in any government or non-government body, association or organization, the details of the work they are doing

A departmental approval letter from the office must be submitted.

(h) The same photograph as on the entrance examination application form must be pasted on the registration form.

7. Date for submission of registration form and registration fee by educational institutions:-

Date for trainees to submit registration forms to the concerned educational institution: 2082.06.08 to 2082.08.16

Regular fee date for online registration entry in ITMS by educational institutions: 2082.06.19 to 2082.08.16

Last date for educational institutions to deposit registration fee in bank and upload voucher in ITMS online for regular fee: 2082.08.17

Date for trainees to submit the registration form to the concerned educational institution with late fee: 2082.08.17 to 2082.08.25

Date of late fee for online registration entry in ITMS by educational institutions: 2082.08.17 to 2082.08.25

Last date for late fee payment by educational institutions for depositing registration fee in bank and uploading voucher in ITMS online: 2082.08.26

Note: Educational institutions will have to pay double the fee if they fail to deposit the fee in the bank and upload the voucher to ITMS online by the specified date.

8. The educational institution must submit the registration forms of the examinees to the Web Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS) of CTEVT and the registrations submitted as per the program in ITMS Online must be printed and certified as a copy.

The registration form must be completed and filed in a Plastic Coated Index File and submitted as per the program.

(a) Students who have passed the entrance and re-entry examinations must submit their original results certified by the provincial office as per the program, highlighting the students' names and symbol numbers.

(b) Along with the documents mentioned in the guidelines, students must submit the registration book, a copy of the minutes and the results with the students' names and symbol numbers highlighted in the application to the educational institution/office.

(c) For all programs run in the educational institution, the original bill issued by the provincial office shall be kept for one program and not for others.

A copy of the bill and letters detailing the details of the event must be submitted in the registration file.

Educational institutions must submit the registration forms in an index file, stating the name of the educational institution, program, email, and mobile number and email address of the relevant contact person, to the provincial office of the concerned council within office hours on 2082.08.29.
