Annual/final examination of various programs at the regular/partial level of pre-diploma level

Very important information about filling out the exam application form

All educational institutions that have obtained affiliation/approval for the Pre-Diploma level from the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council and have obtained affiliation/approval at the organic, partnership, Tex program and private level are required to fill out the examination application form for the Pre-Diploma level (15+3 months) Automobile Engineering, Survey Engineering and Industrial Apprentice (24 months) program to be conducted in the month of Mangsir for regular and part-time examinees. The date for submitting the examination application form by the concerned examinees is fixed by 26th Asoj 2082 BS with regular fee and by 13th Kartik 2082 BS with late fee. Therefore, this notice has been published to make it mandatory for the concerned educational institutions to fill out the examination application form.

In addition, candidates who registered in the academic session 2081/082 under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education at the Pre-Diploma level and those who registered in the academic session 2080/081 1081 under the 24-month Industrial Apprenticeship Program can also take the exam as per this notice.

Programs in which the examination will be conducted:

(a) All regular programs of (15+3) months duration who have registered in the academic session 2081/082 and completed training under the pre-diploma level:

Regular & Special Scholarship Program (15+3 Months), Automobile Engineering and Survey Engineering

Apprenticeship Model (24 Months) Program, Pre-diploma in Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering Building

Construction, Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitation, Electrical Engineering, Hotel Management, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Tea Technology

Additionally, candidates from educational institutions who do not meet the following conditions and do not submit the application form within the specified time will not be admitted to the exam.

All relevant parties are informed.

Conditions:

1. The school will have to print the regular/partial examination application form for all the candidates registered through ITMS Online for the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021) (153 months) and the academic session 2077/078 (AD 2020) (24 months Apprenticeship model) from ITMS Online on white paper for regular and on yellow paper for partial and distribute it to the candidates.

2. Regular meritorious and classified scholarship candidates will not be charged an examination fee.

3. In the case of apprentice candidates, only trainees who have been admitted and registered in the (15+3) month program from the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021) and the (24-month Apprenticeship model) program from the academic session 2077/078 (AD 2020) will be allowed to fill out the exam application form.

4. The internal assessment scores of regular subjects of regular candidates must be entered in the web-based online system, printed and filed in a certified copy. The internal assessment scores that have been entered will not be changed later.

5. In the case of partial examinees from the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021) onwards (15+3 months) and from the academic session 2077/078 (AD 2020) onwards (24 months Apprenticeship model), only those examinees who failed (NQ) in the internal assessment examination will have to enter the internal assessment score in the web-based online system, print a copy and submit it with a correct stamp.

6. The examination application forms of regular candidates should be entered into the web-based online system, sorted according to the order of the forms, and a copy of the Internal Assessment as per the program and a printed copy of the comprehensive form should be attached to the same file.

7. For partial admissions and registrations in the (24-month Apprenticeship model) programs from the academic session 2078/079 (AD 2021) and the academic session 2077/078 (AD 2020), the online application forms of all the programs registered should be entered in the web-based online system, sorted according to the order of the forms, and a copy of the Internal Assessment and the printed copy of the comprehensive form according to the program should be attached to the same file.

8. Only candidates who have passed the internal assessment examination will be allowed to appear in the final examination. If candidates who have failed (NQ) the internal assessment examination appear in the examination mentioning the failed subject, their examination for that subject will automatically be cancelled.

9. The examination application form will not be accepted in person. The application form must be submitted through the concerned educational institution.

10. For educational institutions running programs privately, Rs. 2,000.- (two thousand in characters only) per examinee for regular examinees (examination fee Rs. 1,700.- and On-the-Job Assessment (OJT) Rs. 300) and for regular examinees of schools running the Council's member, partnership and TECS programs, Rs. 1,000.- (one thousand in characters only) per examinee and for partial examinees of one of the theoretical or experimental subjects, Rs. 200/- (two hundred) per (one subject) fee and Rs. 150.- (one hundred and fifty) per additional subject, including the additional amount to be deposited in the following account.

The concerned educational institutions have announced the last date for paying the regular fee and the last date for paying the late fee for the examination application form fee.

The amount must be deposited into the bank account of the concerned provincial office on the day after the date and the voucher must be uploaded to ITMS Online on the same day.

And the regular and delayed examination application forms should be submitted simultaneously to the concerned council and provincial office by 2082 Kartik 17. 11. The admit cards of the examinees from ITMS Online should be printed on white paper for the regular side and on yellow paper for the partial side and distributed to the examinees with a note: certified by the provincial office and examinees without an admit card will not be included in the examination.

(a) In the case of regular fees, candidates submit the examination application form to the concerned school from 2082.05.24 to 2082/06/26 at 3:00 PM,

(b) The regular fee for online entry in ITMS by the school is from 2082.05.29 to 2082.06.26,

(c) The last date for the regular fee payment by the school to deposit the examination application fee in the bank is 2082.06.27,

(d) Candidates are required to submit the examination application form to the concerned school with a late fee from 2082.06.27 to 2082.07.13,

(e) The school will be charged a late fee for online entry in ITMS from 2082.06.27 to 2082.07.13,

(f) The last date for the school to deposit the late fee in the bank is 2082.07.14,

(g) Symbol No. Since it has to be generated in one go, the examination application form must be submitted by 2082.06.26 with regular fee and by 2082.07.13

Educational institutions will have to enter the late fee in the ITMS Online System by the end of the month.

(h) In the case of schools that pay the fee through Online Payment given in ITMS online, the admit card of the examinee will have to be printed by the school itself, signed by the principal, and distributed with the school seal.

(i) All educational institutions must mandatorily complete the training work as per the syllabus determined by the curriculum. (j) Educational institutions must submit the files of all documents including comprehensive details, regular and delayed examination forms, vouchers and other documents simultaneously.

It must be submitted to the concerned council or provincial office by 2082.07.17.
