Notice regarding the call for applications for participation in the standardization and accreditation process

The process of standardization and accreditation of educational institutions has been started with the aim of ensuring quality technical and vocational education and training in educational institutions operating pre-diploma and diploma/certificate level programs after obtaining affiliation/approval from the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council. Interested educational institutions that have fulfilled the minimum qualifications as per Schedule-8 of the Standardization and Accreditation Manual, 2082, are requested to apply by filling out the Rapid Assessment form prepared through the online address of the Council office https://qaa.qualitytvet.org.np/ within 60 (sixty) days from the date of first publication of this notice and uploading the following documents along with a self-declaration that they have obtained a minimum of 50 percent marks.

Required documents to be uploaded

(a) Decision of the Management (Directors) Committee for participation in the accreditation process,

(b) Decision on the formation of the Internal Quality Assurance Committee,

(c) Monitoring report prepared by a team including experts from the concerned professional council,

(d) Affiliation and renewal certificate of educational institution,

(e) approved school improvement plan,

(f) Audit report of the last two financial years,

(g) Document confirming that you have graduated from at least two batches,

(h) Voucher or digital payment receipt of Rs. 2,000.- (Two thousand in words only) deposited in the account number 1730100000006 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi Branch Council Office as application fee.

Note: Educational institutions that have ensured that the minimum qualifications as specified in the manual are met will be included in the further process of accreditation. The Standardization and Accreditation Manual, 2082 and this information can also be obtained from the website of the Council Office at www.ctevt.org.np.
