Regarding the implementation of the decision.

As per the decision of the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers dated Chaitra 22, 2082, it has been decided to grant public holidays to educational institutions for 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday) in the academic session 2083. In order to implement this decision, as per the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology dated 2083/01/28, educational institutions shall observe the working hours as prescribed by the approved curriculum as follows:
Please implement/have it implemented accordingly:
(1) Manage 15 minutes of prayer time and 30 minutes of lunch time every day.
(2) Conducting full-time study-related activities from Monday to Friday.
(3) The winter/spring vacation period will be reduced from the previous 45 days to 30 days.
(4) Internal evaluations in the first and second trimesters can be managed in a way that they are conducted on the same day of the teaching or on a day that does not affect the teaching. The last 12 days of the academic session can be used for the final examination and publication of results.
(5) To manage learning based on the approved curriculum and determined learning outcomes, weekly multidisciplinary projects and experimental work related to community and family activities, reference materials, and the use of information technology will be given on Fridays and opportunities for presentations will be provided as needed.
(6) For projects and experimental work, support can also be obtained from the Project and Experimental Work Facilitation Handbook, 2082, available on the website of the Curriculum Development Center. For this, local levels, schools and teachers can create and implement project work covering the subject areas of the approved curriculum.
Request from the Educational Quality Assessment Center regarding filling out the community school performance assessment self-evaluation form.
All stakeholders are hereby informed that an online self-evaluation form has been developed to assess the performance of community schools in accordance with the approved annual program of the Educational Quality Assessment Center for the current fiscal year and is open for all community secondary schools to fill. You are also requested to self-evaluate your school by filling out the self-evaluation form through the link on the Educational Quality Assessment Center's website www.ero.gov.np If you have any queries regarding this, you are also requested to contact the center's email [email protected] or phone number 01-6632116.

Information regarding filling the application form for the Secondary Education Examination Class 10 (SEE) 2082 Supplementary Examination
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, who have appeared in the regular group examination of the Secondary Education Examination Class 10 (SEE) 2082 and have not been graded, to participate in the supplementary examination to be conducted from 2083/03/01. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, from 2083/02/01 to 2083/02/15 as per the details, from the concerned school.
Details
1. Only students who participated in the regular batch of 2082 but were not graded and were absent in one or more subjects will be considered eligible for the supplementary examination.
2. Students who have filled the 2082 exam application form but have not participated in any of the exams and whose exams have been canceled
You will not be allowed to fill out the supplementary exam application form.
3. Students who were not graded or absent from the grade increase group exam in 2082 can apply for supplementary exam.
You will not be allowed to fill out the form.
4. For the supplementary examination, the exam will have to be taken using the same admit card and symbol number as the regular group.
5. The application form for the supplementary examination can be downloaded from this office's website: www.see.gov.np
6. The revenue amount for examination application is Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only) deposited in this office under Office Code 350323301 Revenue Heading No. 14223 along with the original voucher application form should be submitted to the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
7. It is hereby informed that the concerned school should submit the application forms submitted by its students to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by 16th Jestha 2083 and the concerned Education Development and Coordination Unit should make the entry in the portal provided by this office by 18th Jestha 2083.

Note:
1. Only candidates who were included in the regular group in the main examination of 2082 BS and were not graded will be eligible to appear in the supplementary examination.
2. Even if there is an emergency leave, the National Examination Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, will not postpone the exam without prior notice.
3. Admit card will be mandatory to enter the examination hall.
4. Information about the examination center will be provided by the concerned Education Development and Coordination Unit.
5. Candidates who do not attend the examination according to the designated examination center and schedule will not be given another examination arrangement.
6. The exam will have to be taken using the symbol number mentioned in the admit card. The symbol number mentioned in the admit card will not be changed. If the exam is taken using a code number other than the symbol number, the exam will automatically be cancelled.
7. The center head will have to coordinate with the concerned school to make necessary arrangements for the facilitation of candidates with disabilities, pregnant women, and orphans.
8. The examination center of the examinee will not be changed.
9. Candidates who appeared in the regular group in the main examination of 2082 BS and whose results were cancelled will not be allowed to appear in the supplementary examination.
10. Electronic devices that use Bluetooth or chips, such as mobile phones and smart watches, will not be allowed into the examination hall.
11.
