As per the approved annual program of the Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City Executive Office for the fiscal year 2082/083, a 3-month training course on astrology and a 3-month training course on rituals (Assistant Priest) are being conducted free of cost, this notice has been published requesting those interested in taking the training to submit an application along with the necessary documents to the Social Mobilization and Inter-Governmental Coordination Branch of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City from 28th Falgun to 12th Chaitra, 2082. The application form can be obtained free of charge from the Sub-Metropolitan City website https://butwalmun.gov.np/ and from the Social Mobilization and Inter-Governmental Coordination Branch.

Basic Principles of Astrology

Practice of rituals including marriage, bratabandha, griha pravesh, peace, fire establishment, chandi etc.

Study of horoscopes, planets and constellations

Practical knowledge about worship methods and religious rituals

Calendar and almanac study

Skills required as an assistant priest

Kundali construction and general analysis

2. Required Qualifications

Age: Must be a Nepali citizen who has completed 18 years of age.

Able to read Devanagari and pronounce normal Sanskrit for ritual training
