Notification regarding scholarship examination

This Amaghar Pathshala Basic School, established with the purely service-oriented purpose of providing quality education to children with the intention of producing characterful and capable citizens according to the demands of the competitive era while building civilization and culture, has requested a number of scholarship application forms for all classes from sports class to class 8 for the academic session 2082. For this, applications are invited for the children of parents who are very poor, have no father or mother, are helpless, have no family, and have no source of income, who live in places where home schools are available for basic schools.

Details

1. The scholarship application form dated 2081 has been distributed from the school from 13th to 27th of February.

2. When applying for a scholarship to the school, a copy of the citizenship of both father and mother and a copy of the student's birth certificate and a photo must be included in the handwritten application.

3. In the case of students who are currently studying on scholarship in Amaghar Pathshala, they have to come according to the new process mentioned above. Otherwise the school will not be obliged to give the scholarship

4. Scholarship will be selected only through interview for students studying from sports class to class 1.

5. In the case of new students, students studying from class 2 to 8 will be selected only through written and interview.

6. At the time of submitting the application, the form provided by the school has to provide the evidence that the subjects requested, including income, sources of property are clearly mentioned.

7. The category and selection process from which the application for the scholarship has been applied must also be submitted with a clear proof of the mentioned category.

8. As some students will be given facilities even in partial scholarship, it is arranged that they can apply for up to 50% discount on the source of income. (The school will remain open on other days except public holidays.
