In the present matter, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (as amended), interested individuals, firms and companies are requested to submit an application within 15 days in the format as per Schedule 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 along with a copy of the business renewal certificate of FY 080/081, a copy of the tax payment certificate, a copy of the Permanent Account No. (PAN) or a copy of the certificate of registration in Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064.
