This financial institution is required to register a list of registered firms/companies that have obtained approval to transact the relevant business for the purpose of supplying/flowing the goods and services mentioned in the schedule required for the financial year 2082/083. Therefore, the details of the goods and services to be supplied/flowed, firm/company registration renewal certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate and value added tax (VAT) registration, tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081, along with the application, are required to be registered at the central office of this financial institution, Kohalpur 11, Banke, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. 1. Only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible among the applications to be listed will be listed. The details submitted will be taken as the basis for listing.

2. All required documents, copies of experience certificates and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

3. Listed firms will be notified of their listing through a letter and an annual agreement may also be made.

4. A sample application form is available on the website.

5. If the companies and firms listed do not provide satisfactory services and goods on time, they may be removed from the list without notice. No claim or objection can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not shall remain vested in this organization.
