Since this financial institution is required to register a list of suppliers for the financial year 2082/2083 from individuals/firms/companies who are willing to supply and maintain the goods and services listed above for the financial year 2082/2083, individuals/firms/companies who have obtained approval to transact the relevant business should submit the details of the goods and maintenance to be supplied by them, along with the individual/firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number PAN/VAT (Value Added Tax) registration certificate (including renewal) and copies of tax payment certificates for the financial year 2081/2082, along with a separate application, within 15 days (if that day falls on a public holiday, the first day after the office is open) from the date of publication of the notice, to the Central Office of the Financial Institution, General Services Department, to indicate which of the details mentioned in the notice is the list for which work or supply is to be registered. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with Regulation 25(1) of the Financial Administration Regulations of Financial Institutions 2078.

Applicants who do not submit the required documents or do not meet the specified qualifications will not be included in the current list. This financial institution reserves the right to include or exclude applicants from the current list and to remove them from the list if they do not provide satisfactory services and goods. 1 The financial institution may purchase goods and services directly or through a bid from those listed in the current list that the financial institution deems suitable. This notice will not prevent the financial institution from purchasing goods from those not listed. Other matters not included in this notice will be as per the rules of the financial institution.
