Notice regarding registration of list

This notice is published to invite individuals, firms, organizations, and companies who wish to be registered in the list of suppliers of the following goods and services required by the Ulens Education Foundation in the financial year 2082/83 to apply to the Foundation's office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the necessary documents, stating the goods and services to be supplied by them.

(a) Documents to be submitted for registration of list:

1. Individual/firm, company, organization, supplier registration certificate (including renewal or update). 2.

Certificate of Chief Accountant/Permanent Accountant and proof of tax paid as on A.Y. 2080/81.

3. If a separate permit is required for the goods, services and work listed in the list, a copy of the same.

(b) Details of goods and services to be registered in the list:

1 Supply of various groceries, dairy and bakery products, fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs.

2. Supply and printing of stationery, educational materials, books, newspapers and magazines, including photocopying.

3 Supply of cleaning supplies.

4 Supply and repair of sports equipment, music and musical instruments. Rental of playgrounds and music and musical instruments.

5 Supply and repair of electrical equipment, active boards, photocopiers, computer equipment, printers, networking, servers and their spare parts, toner/cartridges, etc.

6 Laboratory equipment, materials and chemicals.

7. Furniture and furnishing items and their repair work.

8. Supply, repair and servicing of vehicle and motorcycle parts, grease, lubricants.

9. Advertising publications, audio and video production related services.

10 tankers and jars of drinking water supply.

11. Employee uniforms and other clothing with prints and logos.

12. Supply and service of utensils, hardware, plumbing and sanitary ware.

13. Supply services for drivers, vehicle assistants and other human resources.

14 Security guards and services related to the protection of school property.

15 Insurance, internet, vehicle rental, travel agency and air ticket related services.

16 Building maintenance, repair, painting and other repair services.

17 Catering, restaurant, hotel and banquet services.
