This hospital is invited to purchase/supply the services mentioned in the details in the year 2082.083 from the registered persons, firms, companies and institutions who are willing to purchase/supply the services mentioned in the details, along with the details of the goods and services to be supplied/flowed by them, work efficiency experience certificate, company/firm/business registration certificate with renewal, tax payment certificate of 2080.081, value added tax registration certificate along with copies of necessary documents, sealed rates published by the General Administration Branch of this hospital within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Conditions :-

1. Applications received after the due date and time will not be accepted.

2. This hospital reserves the right to accept/reject applications received.

3. Those who wish to be listed for more than one purpose will have to submit a separate application for each purpose and register the list.

4. The application form as per Schedule-2A of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (2007) must be filled.

5. The firm or company itself must declare and attach with the application that it is not disqualified or blacklisted according to the prevailing law.

6. The listed firms will be published on the organization's website tuth.org.np
