This notice has been published to invite interested persons, firms, companies and suppliers who are qualified as per the Public Procurement Act and Regulations for the supply of goods and services as per the details required for the financial year 2082/83 to the Regional Examination Controller's Office, Kohalpur, in accordance with Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, to register their applications with this office in the format as per Schedule 2 (a) of the same Regulations, attaching a copy of the documents mentioned in Sub-rule (1) of Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.

Details of required goods and services:

1. Work related to the supply of stationery and other retail items for office purposes

2. Furniture/furniture supply and maintenance work

3. Printing work

4. Work related to supply and maintenance of vehicle parts

5. Supply and maintenance of necessary spare parts for AC, generator, battery, UPS, computer, printer, photocopy, networking

6. Courier service related work

7. Audiovisual program production, broadcasting and advertising related work

8. Access to construction, maintenance and consulting services

9. Work related to newspaper supply

10. Work related to manpower supply (guard duty, office premises cleaning)

11. Work related to providing halls for conducting training, symposiums and seminars

12. Fuel supply related work

13. Supply and repair work of sanitary and hardware items

14. Work related to the supply of plastic bags and raw cotton cloth

Note:- You can register a list only for the group for which your firm is licensed to perform the work or provide the supply or service. No action will be taken on applications that are not completed.
