Documents to be submitted with the application

1. Certified copy of the firm/company/institution registration and renewal/updating certificate.

2. Certified copy of permanent account number and value added tax registration.

3. Certified copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2081/082.

4. The firm, company or organization itself must declare and submit an application that it is not disqualified or blacklisted under the prevailing law.

5. A copy of the license for the purchase for which registration in the existing list is being applied for, if any, required for that work.
