Firms/Companies/Suppliers interested in supplying the construction and goods mentioned in the specification for Swarnim Hotel Pokhara Pvt. Ltd. Lakeside are requested to register their list within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions, to carry out the work as per the specification.

Conditions:

(1) Must have experience in Project Handover by performing similar tasks in at least 3 star hotels or above.

(2) All materials must be in accordance with the specifications set by IHG's Brand.

(3) Any one or two companies may operate as a joint venture with each other.

(4) Documents of work experience (as per point 1) must be submitted as soon as they are listed. news

5. Generators: 250KVA - 2 Nos.

6. MEP Works- STP, WTP, Plumbing and Machinery on SITC Basis

7. Room amenities- Fridge, Lockers, Kettles etc.

8. Electrical Fixtures.
