Notice regarding registration of inventory

This financial institution has to register a list of persons/firms/companies willing to supply and maintain the goods and services listed for the financial year 2082/83 from time to time. Therefore, persons/firms/companies who have obtained approval to conduct the relevant business shall register a list of which of the details mentioned in the schedule will be supplied or maintained within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, along with the details of the goods or maintenance to be supplied by them, along with copies of the firm/company registration certificate, value added tax certificate (including renewal) and tax payment certificate of the financial year 2081/82. Separate applications for the same should be registered with the central office of this financial institution, Service and Property Management Department. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. This financial institution shall have the full right to include or not include the applicants in the existing list and to remove them from the list if they do not supply satisfactory services and goods. The financial institution may purchase goods and services directly or through a bid from the persons/firms/companies it deems appropriate from among those listed in the existing list. This notice shall not oblige the financial institution to purchase goods from those not listed. Other matters not included in this notice shall be as per the rules of the financial institution.
