This notice is published for the information of experienced and interested firms, companies, consultants, service providers or suppliers who are licensed to transact the relevant goods and services for the purpose of purchasing the goods, goods and services required by Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited for the fiscal year 2082/83. Interested firms, companies or suppliers are requested to submit/get an application for registration of the list at the company's corporate office, New Plaza, Putalisadak, along with the details of the goods and services they wish to supply/provide during office hours within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1. Copy of the certificate of registration of the organization, firm or company (including renewal/updated details).

2. Copy of Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 80/81.

4. Copy of business license as required.

5. A self-declaration that one is not eligible to be registered on the existing list for public procurement work, along with an application for registration on the said list.

6. Details, specifications, and prices of the goods and services supplied, provided, or distributed by the above-mentioned firm, company, service provider, or supplier among the goods mentioned in the attached list.

7. A copy of the certificate confirming that the distributor is an authorized dealer and distributor.

Note: Applications received for the above-mentioned goods and services that are not in the prescribed manner and are received after the deadline will not be included in the evaluation process for the purpose of inclusion in the list. The company reserves the right to list/not list the concerned firm, company and organization as per the application received. It is also informed that separate applications should be registered for each of the mentioned goods, services and repairs etc. on a thematic basis.
