Notice of listing with certificate of authenticity

In the current financial year 2082/083, the necessary Spare Parts, Accessories, Consumables, Chemical, Kit & Reagent Proprietary Goods to be used in the machinery/equipment as per the details in this hospital, as per the provisions of Sub-section 1 (c) of Section 41 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments) and Sub-rules 3 and 3 (a) of Rule 85 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (with amendments), should be procured/maintained from the sole supplier or his authorized dealer or authorized agent. Therefore, the companies/firms interested in being listed as suppliers related to the same should submit the Certificate of Organization Registration and Renewal, VAT Registration Certificate, Authorized Dealer Certificate of the concerned firm/company, and the Certificate of the relevant company/company. This notice is published for the information of all concerned to be listed in the procurement unit of this hospital within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice along with a copy of the tax payment certificate of 2080/81 certified by a notary public and the spare parts, accessories, consumables, chemicals, kits & reagents used in the mentioned machinery/equipment along with the rates in the format attached herewith.

Only the firm/company officially designated by the concerned company for the sole authorized seller will be valid for the authorized seller. If more than one company/firm supplying Spare Parts, Accessories, Consumables, Chemical, Kit & Reagent used in the mentioned machine comes forward with the mentioned documents, an agreement will be made with the firm/company offering the lowest price to supply the said materials. Also, no action will be taken on applications that are not received in a proper manner and are received after the deadline.
