This organization and its subordinate bodies have to purchase the services and goods required for the college and hospital in the financial year 2082/083 repeatedly and at one time, so this notice has been published for the registration of the list by specifying the specifications/number/rate of the services and goods to be provided by the licensed firms, organizations or companies willing to supply them, along with separate applications for each service and work by 2082 Ashar 18.

Details

Supply and repair of stationery, printing, advertising and office supplies, furniture and furnishings, steel and wooden goods.

Computers, computer parts, networking services, CCTV, telecommunications related activities.

Electrical, electronics, hardware, painting, plumbing supplies and repairs.

Pathology testing services, related equipment, reagents and related supplies.

Pharmacy medicines, medical surgical equipment and related supplies.

Surgical implants.

Oxygen cylinders and oxygen supplies.

Cloth supply, sewing and cutting related work.

Hospital cleaning supplies.

Supply of X-ray film from Konica Company.

Security, housekeeping, and human resource supply.

Work related to AC and equipment spare parts repair and supply.

Vehicle repairs and accessories.

Documents to be attached:

1. Application for registration

3. Tax payment certificate for the previous fiscal year

2. Firm or company registration certificate

4. VAT/PAN certificate

5. Self-declaration that one is not disqualified or blacklisted under the prevailing law.

It is not possible to register a company/firm that goes beyond its purpose.

Registration of companies without rates will not be valid.

All rights related to the registration will remain vested in the organization.
