Notice regarding listing and submission of rates for authorized suppliers (vendors)

Date of publication of the notice for the first time: 2082.04.15/N.No. 1145 Tenth Monday

Companies/firms wishing to be listed as authorized sellers of the concerned manufacturing companies for the purpose of purchasing the following chemicals, kits and consumables used in the machinery, tools and equipment in this laboratory in the financial year 2082/083 for the purpose of "Public Procurement Act, 2063, Section 41 (c) and "Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, Rule 85 (3) (a), (b)" should submit their renewed firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, certificate of being the sole authorized supplier of the concerned company, authorized seller certificate, copy of the tax payment certificate of the last financial year and details of submitting the income and expenditure details to the Inland Revenue Department within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the rates of chemicals, kits and consumables to be used in the mentioned machines for the financial year 2082.083. This notice has been published to register with this office.

If more than one authorized seller of the same company supplying the mentioned goods submits a rate, the supplier submitting the lowest rate will be evaluated item-wise and an agreement will be made to supply the goods. No action will be taken on applications that do not submit the required documents and are received after the deadline.
