Notice Regarding Registration of List

A. Groups to be registered:
1. Stationery and stationery items.
2. Printing and printing materials.
3. Newspapers and books.
4. Utensils, utensils and household goods.
5. Furniture, furnishings and their repair.
6. Clothes, bags, school uniforms, shoes and textile products.
7. Paint related items.
8. Electrification, electrical equipment, electric lights and related necessary materials
9. Purchase and maintenance of electronic goods and equipment including computers, printers, photocopiers
10. Aluminum, iron, and building construction and repair and hardware materials.
11. Vehicle-related essential parts, tire tubes, and lubricants.
12.Petrol, diesel, kerosene and gas.
13. Vehicle repair, maintenance and painting (2 and 4 wheelers)
14. To carry out work related to grill welding and supply of materials.
15. Internet related services and maintenance work.
16. Medicines and health supplies

B. Documents to be submitted along with the application for list registration:
1. Copy of firm or company registration including renewal
2. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate of the firm or company owner.
3. A.W. Proof of tax payment or filing for 2081/82.
4. Copy of VAT or PAN registration certificate.
5. Details of the main goods or services sold.
6. Information about the listed firms will be posted on the notice board of this office.
7. If the listed firms do not provide satisfactory service and supply goods on time, their names will be removed from the list without notice.
8. Notwithstanding anything mentioned in the above points, this organization reserves the right to list or not list any firm or seller.
