Notice regarding registration of inventory

For various projects and programs run under SOS Balagram Lumbini. This notice has been published requesting the persons, organizations or companies who are willing to be included in the list to be updated in accordance with the procurement regulations, and who are eligible to receive approval, to register the list in the procurement branch of this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

a. Groups to be registered:

Purchase and supply of stationery and books.

Purchase and supply of spices and groceries.

Furnishing materials (purchase of mattress, bed sheet, silk sheet, curtain, carpet).

School uniforms, sewing wages, bags, shoes and clothing related materials.

Electrical equipment (electric lights, fans and supply of necessary electrical equipment and related miscellaneous equipment).

■ Supply and repair of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, UPS, photocopy machines and parts, servers, routers, switches, modems, network cables, jacks, accessories, controls, hard disks, motherboards, cartridges and other equipment.

■ Vehicle (4 wheels) repair and maintenance.

Supply of plumbing, furniture, bathroom and aluminum window and door repair materials and various related equipment.

Supply of bicycle repair materials and related equipment.

Bicycle purchase and supply.

LP gas purchase and supply.

Purchase and supply of kitchen utensils (mixers, rice cookers and other utensils).

Medicine purchase and supply.

Purchase and supply of vehicle fuel.

Purchase and supply of tablets.

Purchase of air conditioner (AC) and

Miscellaneous printing and supplies.

Hotel service provider (food and refreshments) Nou access

■ Air ticket service.

b. Documents to be submitted with application for registration of list:

■ The application must be submitted with name, address, contact number and company stamp.

Application letter and proposal letter for supply of materials and services in whole or in part out of the mentioned materials.

Copy of firm or company registration certificate and business license (including renewal).

Copy of certificate of Nepali citizenship of director or director.

Copy of Registration Certificate (PAN/VAT) in Inland Revenue Office.

A.W. Tax payment or filing certificate upto 2080/81.

Full authority to accept, reject or partially accept the registration letters received

SOS will be vested in the procurement committee under Balgram Lumbini.
