Required Documents:

1. Business registration certificate, PAN/VAT registration certificate and etc. Tax payment certificate of 2080/2081.

3. The minimum selling price should be clearly disclosed for the farmers who want to buy.

4. As mentioned in Schedule 1 of the Organic and Bacterial Fertilizer Directory 2078, the report of the laboratory recognized by the government agency (report after 180 days or 6 months).

5. Certificate of registration of the firm at the Far West Province Government or local level as per the directives.
