This notification has been published requesting the persons, organizations or companies who are willing to be included in the list to be updated in accordance with the procurement regulations for the purchase and supply of the below mentioned goods and services required in 2025 to register the list in the procurement branch of this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. a. Groups to be registered:

1) Food ingredients: Rice, pulses, sugar, oil, spices etc.

2) Educational and Office Materials: Printing, Stationery and Sports Materials.

3) Household items: Utensils, plastic items, cleaning materials.

4) Furniture: Furniture and furnishing required in offices and residential houses.

5) Clothing items: Clothes, bags, school uniforms, shoes and other clothing items.

6) Dyeing: Dyes and related materials.

7) Electrical equipment: electric lights and computer related materials.

8) Building materials: Cement, rods, ballast, sand and building materials.

9) Vehicles: related to vehicle repair and spare parts supply.

10) Medicines: Medicines and lab materials as well as equipment.

b. Documents to be submitted with application for registration of list:

Name, address, contact number and company stamp must be submitted.

Application letter and proposal letter for supply of materials and services in whole or in part out of the mentioned materials.

Copy of firm or company registration and business license (with renewal).

Copy of certificate of Nepali citizenship of director or director.

Copy of Registration (PAN/VAT) Certificate with Inland Revenue Office.

A.W. Proof of tax payment or filing up to 2080/2081.

Accepting the registration papers received, rejected will be vested in the procurement committee. Redeling or partially accepting the entire right under SOS Balgram Surkhet
