In accordance with rule 31 (b) of the public procurement regulation 2081/082 mentioned in 2081/082 and in accordance with the rule 31 (b) of the manufacturers or authorized sellers, as the manufacturer or authorized seller must be purchased through the method of competition (Catalog Shopping Procedures Section 8A), the relevant manufacturer or authorized seller must be listed in the office of this organization within 5 (five) days within the office hours of the relevant body of the Government of Nepal. This notice is published for the information of all concerned to submit the updated renewal letter, Permanent Account Number and Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, Manufacturer's Official Specification, Maximum Retail Price, Details (Catalogue/Brochure), Proof of payment of tax as prescribed. Proposals received prematurely and after the deadline will not be accepted.
