Since a list has to be prepared in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations 2064 Rule 18 for the supply of various goods and services as per the details of this popular secondary school for the academic year 2082/083, interested and licensed registered firms, organizations and companies who are qualified for the work are requested to submit an application for registration of the list to the school within the office hours of the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice, excluding public holidays.

Required documents to be submitted with the application:

1) Certified copy of the organization or firm registration/renewal certificate.

2) Certified copy of Permanent Account Number or VAT Registration Certificate.

3) Certified copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080.081.

4) Rates of services, facilities and materials provided.

Other information:

1) The list registered as per this notice will be valid only for the financial year 2082/083.

2) Applications received after the deadline and without following the procedure will not be accepted. The school reserves the right to accept or reject the applications received.

3) Those who wish to be listed for more than one purpose will have to submit a separate application for each purpose and register the list.

4) The firm or company itself must self-declare and attach a statement along with the application that it is not disqualified or blacklisted according to the prevailing law.

5) A listed individual, firm, or company may be removed from the list if it does not participate in the bid, tender, or proposal called for by the school, or if it is not satisfactory, or if it does not supply the goods.

6) Details of the list will be published on the school notice board.

7) A form detailing the services and materials that the school may need will be provided by the school.
