List registration information!

All interested individuals, organizations, suppliers, construction contractors, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers who are licensed to perform the work as per the schedule of this center in the financial year 2082/83 are required to prepare a separate existing list and register/update the list as per Rule 30 of the Center's Financial Administration Regulations 2064 (with amendments) and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064. All concerned are hereby informed to register with the Registration/Invoicing Branch of the center by attaching the documents as per the schedule.

Documents to be attached with the application

(a) Certificate of registration of an organization or firm,

(b) Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate,

(c) Tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/81 and (

d) Business license as required.

While applying for list registration, separate applications should be submitted for different subjects mentioning the above-mentioned subjects and serial numbers. The application form required for list registration can be obtained from the center's website www.sgnhc.org.np.
