All the concerned are hereby informed to submit an application along with a list of goods and services to be provided by them for the registration of the list within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice along with a copy of the firm registration certificate, income tax registration certificate, value added tax certificate and tax payment certificate of the previous fiscal year from the registered firms/companies/suppliers willing to provide the goods and services mentioned in the details required for the financial year 2082/083 to this organization. Also, no action will be taken against the application received after the deadline.
